Booty Sculpt 10 Minute Workout


A great workout to lift and sculpt your booty and turbo charge your fat loss for the entire day! Be sure to check out the video link below for more help and guidance. 

Remember to work at an intensity level of 8 or 9/10 for your best metabolism boost and sculpting results.  You should be breathing heavy and sweaty at the end of the workout.  🙂

Booty Sculpt 10 Minute Workout

Perform 3 times through without Rest and as many reps as possible without sacrificing your form and safety.

So for this workout set your gym boss timer like this:

30,30,30,30,30,30,20 seconds – for 3 rounds

1) Single Leg Bridge – 30 sec each side

2) Double leg Bridge – 30 sec

3) Push Ups – 30 sec

4) Fire Hydrant – 30 Sec each side

5) Sumo Squat – 20 sec

  • 2 red grapefruits, cut in thin slices
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2- 3 Mint leaves 
  • 4 cups filtered tap water
  • Ice cubes, to serve


  1. In a large pitcher, add all ingredients, cover with a plastic foil and let infuse overnight.
  2. Add ice cubes and serve.
