10 Minute Full Body Workout
1) Commandos – 30 Sec
2) Sumo Squats – 30 sec
3) Spiderman Mountain Climbers (alternating sides) – 30 Sec
4) Single Leg Dead Lifts – (alternating sides) – 60 Sec
6) Rocking Plank – 30 Sec
7) Prisoner Squats – 30 Sec
8) Plank Walkout – 30 Sec
9) Forward Lunges (alternating sides) – 60 Sec
Repeat a second time through without rest for a great fat blasting full body 10 minute workout!
This is a great if you’re having a crazy week and can’t fit in your separate upper and lower body workouts.
You will work every muscle in your body, increase your fat burning and boost your fitness. 🙂

Apple “Pie” Almond Butter Bowl
The original recipe comes from Karan Nijhawan – however I substituted the Peanut Butter for Almond Butter and also added a little bit of all spice in addition to the cinnamon.
Prep time is 1 minute and cook time is 2 minutes.
Can it get any simpler than that?
Ingredients: 1 Apple, Spoonful of Almond Butter, Ground Cinnamon, All Spice
Step 1: Cut apple into small pieces (not too small, not too big)
Step 2: Sprinkle cinnamon and all spice on apples
Step 3: Microwave for 2 minutes
Step 4: Take a heaping spoonful of almond butter and mix with the warm apples – then eat it up!
This is delicious and a huge hit at our house.
Not to mention you will feel like you’re eating Apple Pie – YUM – I love flavors of fall. 🙂
